since you've paid already you can print the forms from CGFNS. The request for transcripts form http://www.cgfns.org/files/pdf/forms/AcademicRecordsFormNurses.pdf

and the License verification form.

http://www.cgfns.org/files/pdf/forms/License_Registration_form.pdf

you can fill up the upper portion and the rest filled up by the School or PRC for the license.

I believe that you should have gotten a form just like this when you've paid for it fully. You should have printed that out and mail it. If not I think you can use this instead. Just make sure you sign them and send them to your school and PRC. CGFNS will not accept the form if it has been faxed to the school. You must mail it to them and once all requirements are met they will send it to CGFNS. I already added you on facebook. sorry if i don't get to reply to you soon. There are also others asking questions. hehe.

hey fern like i already submitted the payment in the cgfns and then what papers am i going to print? its like theres a stamp or seal here in the center of the paper? is it ok? after printing all the documents im going to send it to the school right and to the PRC right? so am i going to pay to the school regarding the mailing portion to cgfns?

yeah i have just like that one and it was filled up already by the cgfns. but i still dont have the cgfns no. is it ok? nice bro.. do i still have to pay the school for mailing to the cgfns? oh men im kinda confuse right now.. thanks a lot. i appreciate it :)

Do you mean the ID number or the order number. I think it's alright since it says "if known" and CGFNS will fill it out later. It would depend on your school on what method they will be sending it. I had to coordinate with the registrar to have it mailed express and there was a fee for it.

ok. so i need to send this as soon as possible. :) so i will just inform someone from the phil to coordinate with my school in order to pay the corresponding amount that they will ask. well crossed fingers. hope nevada state will approve my application. in toefl how many question do we have to go through? is it ok to test online? or in a test center?

hi im residing here now in California. And my brother was rejected by the BON too and were planning to take either at Nevada or Texas. Do they really need a TOEFL in nevada? because my friend just passed in texas and she told me she didnt took TOEFL but instead she pass a certification from the school that English was their medium of instruction. hope someone can help. thanks

Hello Nurses. I really need someones help, I graduated BSN back in the Philippines Last March 2011 .. I Applied For the Nclex Exam in California BON like 2-3 months ago, I spend a lot of effort and time and money just to process all the requirements they needed. but this week they send me a letter that I'm not qualified due to Concurrency Problem  .. Now .. my choice is to apply to other states. I have one classmate who is residing now in New york and she files her application there but she needs to apply for CGFNS CVS and she is still waiting till now. But I saw in NEVADA BON that their requirements are not so complicated with other states. Im currently residing in Texas now. Do you think thus i have a higher chance of getting ATT in New York .. Or Nevada? is there any other states too that does not require a local license or CGFNS by exam? I hope Someone Helps , I'll greatly Appreciate it!

Get your application as soon as possible if you are looking at NV, starting 2013, ALL international grads and nurses will need to provide them with the LOCAL license, due to the fact they are also finding applications being submitted with FALSE documentation.

Just the concurrency issue, I would not be surprised at all, if all the other State's BON's starts to require the local license to apply and maybe for renewals.

As more and more foreign students are having to venture into other States due to the concurrency, lack of a local license, short clinical hours (or even excessive hours) and with possibly more and more applications are being sent with the false paperwork, the BON's are going to tighten the requirements.

As it is, NM has just implemented a ruling that one must declare that one will maintain their RN license for several years or it will be denied, possibly even after one is working as a nurse and decide without good reason to endorse (transfer) into another State.

Of course, we know the reason why this is happening and it's NOT a conspiracy!! Read the topics in this section alone, you'll find the reasons why.

I'm Planning to Work and Live In Nevada if I Will pass the NCLEX there. In Texas BON they really have a lot of requirements and its kinda complicated since i graduated in the Philippines it will take really long time to process all my paper works :(

Which Board of nursing State in the US doesn't Require a Local license and CGFNS by exam. as far as I know its California, New York, Oreron and NEvada only. for now. I think i will Start to Process my Application in Nevada . Because in 2013 they;re gonna require a local license? Oh My God. I really need more advice about this

NV has passed a "you MUST have a local nursing license from your country to apply" effective 2013, here's the link: https://allnurses.com/nurse-registration/local-nursing-license-793566.html

The absolute answer to your which State should you apply question to is this: where do you want to immediately start to work and practice with your RN license the minute you pass the NCLEX and NOT want to endorse (transfer) out from that State?

Narrow down your research on that State's BON's requirements, you can pretty much eliminate the 14-15 States with the concurrency enforcement, btw, NV has recently started to enforce the same CA concurrency rules. After that, if you really want to avoid the CGFNS process, then you narrowed down your State's choices even more.

Best to figure out which State you wish to move your family to stay for several years, then Google search "XXX-state name board of nursing, then, find the Foreign Applicants section and read it wel,l then figure it out if that works for your case.

Don't even bother to try to endorse (transfer) your RN license to another State if that's your first real choice and face the strong possiblity of the application being rejected since you have to re-apply with the same exact college transcripts that would have denied your application as it will NOT meet that State's requirements again. It's a total waste of non-refundable application fees, possible more money to pay out for certain exams and waste of time (months) to get the same "NO" answer.

I see so many here trying to "go around" the eligibility, the licensing process, etc only to hear them post up again, it didn't work or they have said their friends have tried and failed to get licensed in their desired State due to not meeting that State's requirements.

Only a handful require CGFNS exam but most require CES report from CGFNS
