My dream is to work in any state of USA, but I dont know hw to go about getting a job

Starting point would be meeting state requirements and passing NCLEX. Then you need to read up on retrogression and that the current waiting for a immigrant visa (which nurses mostly come under) of over 6 years puts employers off. Not saying impossible just hard especailly with current situation of a lot of US nurses struggling to find work. Would benefit you to gain good experience in an area that interests you to make you more marketable
