About online visa application:

Just have your immiaccount, scan all the needed requirements (all certified copies) and answer the 18 questions. Its a very friendly online service. I advise to do your medical after completing the online application. They will give you instructions how. Regarding show money: it can be around 500,000PHP, I was told that 300,000PHP is enough. But I made sure that my tuition fee plus my living allowance is covered with the bank statement I attached. I don't think a dependent can avail of such visa type. They should apply independently. As I said before, it took me 3 weeks and 2 days before they granted it. But without the long holidays, it can be around 8-9 working days. But it really depends.

@Official02, would you mind if you enumerate the list of documents here that you've submitted online to Aus immigration. This will be of great help to all of us. TIA!😊

I applied online for my visitor visa. It took 3 weeks and 2 days before they decide to grant it. That includes the very long christmas and new year holidays. Technically, the grant can be shortened. I had my medicals at Nationwide, cheaper than St Lukes but generally take longer for the results to be uploaded. I'm flying on the 28th.

Hi official02! Do you mind if i ask how much is the total fee at Nationwide? I tried searching in the web but they dont have a website. St. Luke's "routine medical exam" is 4250php. That does not include the examinations specific for nurses. Thank you so much!

5,625 PHP at Nationwide. I think it's around 7,1++ at St. Lukes. HIV, Hep B, Hep C tests are included that is why it's more costly.

Thank you official02!

May i know how was their service in Nationwide? And how many days after you've done the test, they uploaded your results?

Wow St. Luke's is really costly, 1500php difference! But, if their service is better and faster, maybe i would rather do my medicals with them. What do you think?

Hi! I believe @jmolina1985 answered this question before. According to my understanding, they are giving you the right to submit an appeal as to why they should not refuse your registration because according to the letter, if you are a Filipino, our education is not equivalent to theirs.

The good thing there though is that they gave us a referral for the bridging program and after completing it, we can reapply for registration in AHPRA again.

I hope this enlightens you. Don't worry, I think most of us received the same letter. :)
