Hi mr.councilor, i had the same experience of getting that kind of "attitude" as well, some allnurses.com members who eventually became my friends, had the same feeling. I agree with you, no one has the right to talk down to people especially in this forum because we all came here to help and give pertinent information to all those aspiring nurses who intend to work in oz. I got some insulting comments from the same member just because of not getting an insurance while in Australia. But here I am, alive and healthy, with div1 registration and thank God I did not encounter any accident while in oz because i don't have any health insurance LOL. I'm glad prayers did worked. )
good for you, positives had been in short supply lately.. you may not be there yet but at least your getting there! got a question tho, after u finished bp, how long did it take u to register?

and so basically ur back home right now while job hunting? why did you have to come back home? did ur visa expired? thanx!

Hello i just became a member of this site. I was wondering where I could read comprehensively about the Australian Registered Nurse Training Program (ARNTP). Does this course really require 2 years hospital experience? And after you graduate, can you work right away or can your visa be extended just until you find work as an RN? Any reply would be greatly appreciated. =D
yea, it requires you 2 years of experience to qualify, and of course straight 7s with ur ielts exam. i suggest you call idp manila to get a sked for a counseling, theyd be able to help a lot.

I finished the BP last Mar 15 then AHPRA received my documents last Mar 22. I received the registration on Apr 2.. 12 days to be exact but if I were to remove the weekends and holidays because its Holy Week then,i think they processed mine for only 5 days. so i already have my registration before i went home in the Phil.

I am on multiple entry 456 visa which is valid for a year, so i have to exit every 3 months. I am still here in Manila right now but i will be back in Melbourne on Apr 25 to concentrate on job hunting.

    HI davinder,

I am also for June intake Lonsdale/Alpine. I availed their accommodation because sephine also availed it and according to a source who went to alpine, it is quite hard to get accommodations there.

Did you get your visa yet? May I know your email so I can email you directly?

    Thanks!
