I sent mine late December and I got an email from AHPRA on Jan. 7 informing me that they've received my documents. Maybe you should try sending a web inquiry through the AHPRA site, they reply rather quickly, about a day or two. Where did you send your application?

thanks! sent mine in new south wales 'cause my grandmother lives there. i was hoping she could follow it up.

To everyone:

Just a friendly advice, It's better to have a health insurance here in Australia. If something goes wrong with you and you need to go to the hospital, It is superbly expensive. For those people who doesn't have a MEDICARE( for Permanent Resident and Citizen only) or Private Health Insurance (for Overseas Visitor usually), it will cost a fortune, around 1500 dollars per night of admission aside from the emergency room fees etc. The cheapest health Cover would cost around 76 dollars per person per month ( BUDGET VISITOR COVER) from IMAN. But there are other insurance company such as BUPA, MEDIBANK, Etc.. TAke your pick.

CHeers!

Hi julairose, As of now i don't have a place to stay yet but i'm still waiting for my friend to give her feedback. When did you apply for june intake? I got mine last december hope its not full yet. From what place?

IHNA requires for you to pass the online interview questions before even assessing your papers right? I thought, I still got it. So upon uploading my documents and finished the application form, I proceeded to the online interview. Bad move, I failed it. I can retry it again after 2 days. Does anyone know how many takes are allowed? Need to practice some more before I engage on another one.

Good day!

on the average, how long does it take for them, ahpra, to evaluate the documents? i send them my credentials last December but i have not received any email 'til now.

is it ok if i send them an email or perhaps they are still evaluating my credentials?

You should send them a web inquiry to know the status of your application because ahpra usually sends email after a week of receiving the documents and it may take like a month or 2 before they reply if you have any missing documents. This is for AHPRA VIC by the way.

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have an idea as to how long AHPRA victoria gives its decision after sending additional requirements (updated ielts results)?

I was given 3 months to complete the target ielts scores and I was able to get it before the said 3 months end.

Anyone? thanks!

I was asked to for lacking documents last week of July. Sent the documents 2nd week of August and I received my LOE last week of October...

Hello people. Unfortunately, UNISA April 2013 intake just closed. Now I'am desperately looking for a BP school. Tried to check EACH and every BP approved schools of AHPRA. And only CON, University of Ballarat (AAON and William Light) and Castlemaine has emailed me back within 2 days.

For CON - some people are saying they take too long to assess the papers? CON has emailed me the application form. In the form, it already has a space wherein you would put details on payment. Do you have to pay upon application? Don't they need to assess 1st if you qualify? And they have this immunization requirements I wouldn't be able to accomplish within a week. Do you need to take the tst for TB and get the results before submitting your requirements? And CON says that "We undertake selection process for our participants. Only those applications which meet all admission criteria will be considered and it's based on 'first come first serve basis'. The selection for the April program is done and there is a waiting list for the May program. I suggest that you have all required documents sent with the enrolment form to avoid any delay in processing."

For University of Ballarat - They are approved until 2014...but with conditions. So what does that mean? Like my cousin who studied in ETEA. ETEA was also under the category of Approved with conditions. This caused the delay for her registration certificate. She had to wait 2 months for her registration. Would University of Ballarat's Approved with condition might possibly end in the same way?

For Castlemaine - haven't heard much about this school, but the tuition fee is inclusive of accommodations in the hospital as according to their handbook? Is this true? And they have a window of time for their application.

Hope someone could give their two cents and guide me.

Right now, the going gets tough and the tough gets going and going and going.

Hi. For CON according to my friend, when she sent her application, she did not fill up the payment details yet. She just sent her papers and then when a representative from CON assisted her with regards to enrollment, that's the time that she have the payment details. I tried sending an application to them but they will not assess your paper not unless you have completed the immunization because it's part of their requirements for admission. And one more thing, you have to pay the full tuition fee before you will know what intake you will be in (this is based on my friends experience).

You're allowed to take the exam twice. IHNA processes papers very fast. I took the exam without the LOE. When I passed and got my LOE I immediately completed the documents and like 3 days after I completed the documents, I already have my offer of place in IHNA. Just hope and pray that they still have an earlier intake. I applied last November, I got a place for May. And my friend applied last January and she's already for August intake.

Still dont have a sure place to stay yet, but I think IHNA offers to find a place for us to stay. Anyways, passed the interview lastweek, they said they will send me the offer letter this week. Im from Cebu by the way, how about you?

She's for melbourne. IHNA would be the one to.give which.campus you will be. It depends on the available slot. But I think you can request for any campus that you like but it depends whether there's an available slot.
