In previous posts you ask about concurrency so you do realise that you may still have the same issue when endorsing as license requirements will be the same with you producing transcripts of your training?

im already done with my ob and ms course ... so i wonder how many months is the license endorsement processing time @ silverdragon102

Assuming you're either a US or dual citizen, probably a few months and how about the local PH nursing license, you might be able to get a waiver provided you show copies of the US passport.

It will be denied if the courses are not yet completed. Otherwise if you look at the CA forum, they are backlogged by 1-2 months for US educated nurses since implementing the new system . IEN applications are looked into more deeply so it could be quite a while longer. If you do not submit proof of theory & clinical successfully completed in OB and MS as previously directed they may just deny outright and tell you to resubmit.

thats what my plan is , i want the board to deny me for my license endorsement , i just need to send my files asap to board so i don't need to wait for so long . if i did the endorsement after my ob and ms class i think it will take a while right? atleast i have all of my files in there

The only ones to accurately answer that question is CABRN. They could also flag your file for failure to comply (since you already applied in 2012 and therefore have an active, open file with CABRN) and delay any further requests for reprocessing. If you knew you needed to fulfill two classes yet submitted the endorsement application without competing the requirement it could be viewed in a negative light by the CABRN IEN assessment team.

If you submitted an application complete with evidence of MS & OB concurrent clinical & theory course completions they might actually process it quicker since you have been assessed once already.

Why bother applying if you "want the board to deny me for my license endorsement"?

i think my school already send them a letter that i already started the ob and ms course , so they have an idea that i'm currently taking those subjects , My plan is to apply ahead of time for the endorsement even though my ob and ms course is not yet done , it is because i want all of my files to be in their system asap. so they just gonna wait for the school to submit the transcripts so they can issue me a ca license

Then why write that you want them to deny you for a license endorsement?

If you are almost finished and submitted evidence that the classes are in progress from the school, your file will likely just placed aside until the official proof of successful completion is submitted and then the application reviewed. It may save you a few days but not weeks/months. Just like new grad nurses submitting their applications a few weeks before graduation...The BoN won't take any action until official proof of graduation is received.

i see thanks for enlightening me, i would like to ask if they are still on backlog?
