IELTS for New Jersey BON

Good news! I went to the nj bon in newark today just to ask if they already accept IELTS instead of TOEFL and she said i can take either toefl, ielts or toeic. I took the toefl before and I got 88 but i only got 23 from speaking so i guess i will try ielts because a lot of people saying its much easier and cheaper.. They also said that I can take the NCLEX even though I still don't have my green card and once i have it thats the time they're going to give me my license.
