Best thing to do is look online. it's very easy to find immigration information for Canada. Look up CIC. They tell you literally all the ways you can immigrate. Figure out immigration first then look up licensing. Expect all this to take at least 2+ years just figuring out immigration. Since the immigration rules always change and nobody here is an immigration consultant or lawyer, your best bet is to look up information on CIC or Canadavisa on your own or consulting with legitimate immigration consultants who can help you. For your information, it is NOT easy at all to obtain a Canadian nursing license at this time. You have to really work hard to earn it. Most people I know take 3-4 years or more if they did not get educated from an English-speaking country. Good luck!

A starting point would be NNAS and deciding which province you are planning on living and working in. NNAS is a long process so be prepared for the wait. If you require a employer for Skilled route be aware it may be difficult due to the $$ as well as many local nurses looking for work and they will take prioity over you

Ok they may have the priority on me but let me remind you that their is a shortage of nurse all over the world even in Canada .

I have found my right question if I get the IELTs and then moved to Canada embassy and complete their requirements until immigration can I work with my immediate nurse certification (bachelor degree from Cairo university in Egypt )in Canada until i can make certificate equation and then get the license

There is no shortage of nurses in Canada, especially in certain provinces.

The process is long and for many further courses are required before you get eligibility to sit NCLEX. Until that time you cannot work as a nurse. If you have PR straight from the start you can work in any job until you get nurse registration sorted.

Which province are you thinking about?

Where are you thinking of living in Ontario? Just to let you know there isn't a shortage of nurses in Ontario's cities there is a surplus.

You cannot work in Canada as a nurse using your degree from Cairo. It is most likely that your degree from Cairo will be designated "non-comparable" to a Canadian nursing education and further steps will need to be taken to prove your nursing skills. These further steps could take anywhere from a few months to two years. Then after the education requirement is fulfilled , you would be eligible to take the licensing exam. Just want you to be prepared.
