How to correct spelling of your name in NMC

Hi all,

i just would like to know if anyone knows how to change their registered name in NMC? I just noticed a few days ago that i had 1 letter missed out on my name and i need to correct this asap. i looked into the NMC guide and it says i have to write a letter to NMC to have this corrected. Is this the only way? Does anybody know for how long it would take for them to update this?

If the NMC states on their website that it has to be in writing then it has to be in writing. Timing will depend on who soon their receive the paperwork.
