How can i apply for Ca NCLEX if I cant apply for SSN here in 'the Philippines?

Without a valid work or immigrant visa you cannot apply for a US SSN. You need to apply to another state first. Suggest reading in this forum the various threads on difficulty getting licensed in CA as a IEN

SSN is one of the major requirements to apply for NCLEX here in California. Without that, you won't be able to apply. There are other States that don't require SSN. Try Illinois or New Mexico.
