    ^thanks for replying. I asked the question because I got a bit confused by speculations that i heard about CGFNS (lesson learned: don't believe in hearsays) I'm currently following the guidebook for foreign trained nurses. http://www.lhiinfo.org/downloads/Inf...e_back_web.pdf but this is only applicable in Maryland.

    Another question. what could be the requirements in PRC manila if I'd like to request for a CGFNS CES record if I'm from out of the country (living in US)? because I prefer not to ship my original PRC paraphernalias.

    what does it mean when CGFNS post in the status area meets all program requirments and mailed? is that a good thing?

    I would suggest you download the handbook for CES and follow it. It has all instructions on what to do

    I have read everything. I just need to know if I am doing the right thing. What are the forms which I need to submit to cgfns?

    Wow good for her. I have a status which says ISSUED REPORT-WAITING FOR APPROVAL. Do you happen to know what that means? I am not sure on the next step that I should take. Thanks so much for your reply!
