Denied for NCLEX: Misaligned clinical cases

Hello!

I am currently facing a dilemma that I would like to have help with, which is this:

I graduated BS Nursing in the Philippines (Batch 2015), worked for 9 months as an Occupational Health Nurse, and then I applied for the NCLEX a year after (2016). However, I received a final letter from the board stating that 7 of my clinical cases were not aligned to its theoretical counterpart on the same semester (since I took my remaining clinical cases during the summer as make-up duty; my other classmates who weren't able to complete their cases were merged into one group and made the completion during the summer). Therefore, I was advised to take a nursing program to fill in the missing units, particularly the 7 misaligned clinical cases. In regards to this, I have a few questions:

1) How long would it take to complete the said missing units (estimate)?

-or-

2) Will I have to repeat the whole program?

3) Since I'll have to enroll for the Fall 2017 (since I missed the Spring 2017 enrollment) and it'll be a while before my classes start, will it be possible for me to take the LVN exam in the meantime and work as an LVN?

Any comments or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

are there any specific subjects they would like you to retake? based on my exp, every nursing school here varies regarding their policy on foreign trained nurse. i suggest you call your analyst to ask what subjects specifically would they like you to retake
