CVS for Newyork state board

Hi,

I am an international nurese. I did my nursing in India. I came to USA for Masters. I have applied for Newyork state board licence. I received an email from Newyork state board saying that they need form-2f with all my transcripts from my school in an school envelope. But my original transcripts are with me. so, I don,t know how my school will send them. And also Form-2f is saying it is only for schools inside USA. when i login to my CGFNS account it is showing my Trancript authorization and licence authorization were received but my licence validation and transcript validation were waiting to be received. I don't understand what are those validation forms. Can anyone please help me with the situation

CVS for NY BON means that CGFNS do all the work and they will apply to the appropriate boards for the required documentation
