Cgfns CVS "Transcript status received but not accepted

so this is my story i send my application to cgfns last july 2011. so this april 16, 2012 i check my application in their site and it says "waiting for final review" and my status on my transcript was "meet all requirements." last friday i check my account again and see that the over all status was "ready for submission" and my status on my transcript was "received but not accepted." which surprise me because it already say meet al requirment and then not not accepted. i called them last monday and ask whats the problem on my transcript and the lady told me she don't know also that there's no note saying the reason why. she told me that she will send an email to the person in charge of my papers. so i said ok. the next day i called them again i speak to a new person and the same thing she don't know whats the reason because nothing is noted there why it's not accepted and as always she said she will send an email. today i called again and i spoke to the same lady that i talked last monday. she said just give it a time they will review it once they see your paper.

now i checked my account again and now my over all status is "report issued" but still my transcript is "not accepted" and the issued report status is mailed..
