I was supposed to send my TOEFL report the same day that I sent my application. but then there was a problem in the order process. probably I will send it to them today it's just 18$anyways the OSBN will give you a response of approval, right? my mom does want me to pay to the pearson vue because she wanted a proof. after you completed all the requirements, when did the OSBN sent you the letter of approval?
Did your school complete the Language of Instruction form? Was it sent along with your education records (TOR, diploma, etc.) to either CGFNS or OSBN? If you did, maybe that's the reason why OSBN is no longer requiring you to submit further proof of English language proficiency.

If I am not mistaken, if you are going to send your TOEFL results, you can't send it yourself. You're supposed to request TOEFL to send it to OSBN on your behalf.

The OSBN won't send you an approval notice. But if you'd ask them, they'll tell you whether you can already register with Pearson Vue. So maybe you could do that.

In your other single posting you mentioned that your denial was due to being pass the 3rd year from the graduation date. So is it also due to having no experience as well? Please clarify!

sorry if i mislead you.. yes, I don't have an experience and they said that I graduated for 3 years already. OSBN said that they can accept me if I will not pass the 3rd year from the time I graduated. so I submitted my application to them last march, but the result I got denied because they still want my experience and I pass the 3rd year.

Ahh, yes, I see....it is listed as the top minimum requirement on their application form about the 3 year statue of limitation!

    Wow, interesting....

yes, that's why I ask them first and told them that I have no experience before I applied to them. but they still denied my application. and it is their rule. I really wanted to take the nclex because finding a job here even in the non-nursing field is difficult. that is why I would like to ask if where state is my next option? a state that has no time limitation in graduation date?

Again, where do you want to find a job once you pass the NCLEX-RN, what state? Others have gone to NY, FL, HI or TX, do you mind moving to one of those states and do not plan to endorse to another state once you pass the NCLEX?

I really wanted to work here but since Wa is also enforcing the concurrency rule, I am planning to take the NCLEX somewhere that is not strict. do you know what are the requirements in Hawaii?
