- Sep 12, '12 by loriangel14You need to go to the Illinois BON website and look at the requirements for that state. They will give you information on how to apply. If you meet the requirements you will be given permission to write the NCLEX.You also need to look into what kind of visa you qualify for. If you are filing for Green Card you are looking at 6 years at least and you need an employer.Last edit by loriangel14 on Sep 23, '12

- Sep 16, '12 by Silverdragon102You can not apply for a Greencard. You require a employer to do that, same goes for work visa however work visa requires BSN minimum and job has to be advertised as a BSN job

A doctors office can offer me this service? I mean they can require me for a work visa? Thanks for everythingYou can not apply for a Greencard. Do I need to apply with this concentration too? Plus I got 6 years of experience in ICU, cardiovascular cath and ER and of course OR! It's important to send all this experience in my application?

Thanks in advance for your time - Sep 24, '12 by Silverdragon102Your experience will help but I can't say whether you will be issued a H1b. Be aware that H1b is closed now until April and even if you file until April 13 and approved you will have an interview to attend, out of the USA, and can not start working until Oct 13. This is unless the employer isn't affected by the cap and this is usually university hospitals not private employers
