    TO Kuyafern: are you referring to those certain classes that are needed prior to taking the exam as the two courses or classes as the child abuse AND infection control ones? If so, I think that's a requirement of any applicants, be them, domestic or international ones, and have to be taken and then if you pass, you get a certificate of completion that has to be submitted to the NY board for approval. If so, the courses are listed for the various providers on the NY website for locations.

    Hi steppybay, i hope thats the course kuyafern is refferring to.. btw, do you have any info how much the courses will cost and how long? so, u mean i cant take the exam without completing the course? sorry for asking a lot of questions.

    hi shea&cashe!! i actually, hold on to my application for new york. im trying to get some info for florida first. did you pay for the application in NYS before CGFNS? or CGFNS first? wow its two mos. now, still no answer from them?btw, did you attend the course for child abuse and infection control already?

    hello! I just got my ATT for NY last week. It took me 6 months to process my application. Hope this helps!

    That's great to hear jamalang. Did NY require you to pass certain papers or take any classes?

    Anyone here who applied for lvn and transferred their records from brn to bvnpt got their att yet??? and how long did it take?

    i'm with the same situation as yours guys.
    i want to take my chance to other states and i'm eyeing chicago or
    whatever state that i may meet the requirements

    i'm foreign graduate and have no local license from the country i was educated,
    is there any chance for me to meet the requirements of the other states?

    if i'll take the test to other states, what are the procedures?
    do i have to take the cgfns exam? can i take the cgfns prior to passing the english exam.
