Welcome - Sauders review I used when preparing for nclex and I highly recomend it. I am a midwife and managed to pass first time with no obs questions at all where as my husband who knowes nothing about obs had loads of obs questions even some on breast feeding.

sauders is very good, my recommendation is to get the books with the cd roms and do as many questions as you can, ebay or amazon can be a good place to look

Saunders is indeed good. Kaplan is great for homing in those critical thinking skills.

Just wanted to add that I had abosulutely no maths at all, or any breastfeeding questions!

I would say almost 50% of my questions were which telephone call you would answer 1st! at least that's what it felt like to me. I had a few tick all that apply, mostly drug related, which in retrospect I think were probably not scored because of where they were compared to the other questions I had.

Hi there, I sat the NCLEX last week in the states while on holiday. Thankfully I passed. I cannot recommend enough Suzannes study programme! (Look at the NCLEX discussion forum on this website for more info) Good Luck!!

I am going to try and get more cd roms, thanks for the advice, did you all study for months or weeks , and how many hours a week did you put in?
Did you find the drugs questions difficult?
