ACN and job hunting

Hi guys!

I would like to get some advice with regard to undergoing a bridging program at the Australian College of Nursing. Like, what should i expect or what must i prepare before the bp?

Also, it would be a great help if you share some tips when it comes to job hunting.

I also wonder if there are polyclinics in Australia which offer 457 visa sponsorship. I'd like to work in a clinic setting. I only had one year working as a staff nurse in a hospital setting and right now working for almost two years as a company nurse.
