    There are many cities where even physicians arent really needed, depending on specialty though. Rural will more often have more jobs than urban and suburban. The coastal areas are usually more saturated than the inner parts of the country. for a broad question that is the best I can answer. Like it was stated above- get moving. There was a place hiring right next to my parents house for 70k a year. I moved and make twice that now.
