trouble getting a job

anyone having trouble getting a job? I graduated in may and take my exam next week but i thought i would have had a job by now. i guess i am picky i got two offers that i was nnot pleased w/ so i declined them. i have a great job at the hospital that i work at now as a RN and would hate to take a NP job that i hated!!!Being a new grad should i be this picky? I really want experience but dont want to settle for just anything also. Thanks,

Actually - I received my degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and I am finding that most of the job openings in my area are for FNPs or Women's Health NPs.

I didn't start looking until I had taken and passed the exam. After about a month I have just accepted an offer that is more in line with what I was looking for.

I think it is good to be picky..... :)
