    How important is it to do Hbg Hct Lead and Sickle cell testing on school physicals? Is it a requirement? New forms also has audiometry and tympanometry. Are these tests a must or just when applicable?

    check out this link it has guidelines on screening, http://epss.ahrq.govi know since i practice in a high risk for lead level every one gets tested at certain ages. in my office we do a basic vision screen but the state requires they have a complete eye exam before starting kindergarten
