MO prescriptive authority for CS

So you have to have 300 preceptoral clocked hours and 1000 hours in clinical experience. So my question is on the paper work it says preceptor signature. So does that mean the preceptors (3) that I did my clinical rotations with? I just want to know for the future sould I get the signatures now or wait til after my 1000 of additional clinical hours. All of THIS is giving me a headache.
