I work in an outpatient internal med office, and my employer has opened bonus eligibility to the nurse practitioners (finally!).
The bonus criteria for docs doesn't completely fit the NP job role in our office, as not all of the nurse practitioners manage a panel of their own. For any NPs who get bonuses, what makes up your bonus criteria? Any advice would be helpful!

percentage of profit after expenses at end of fiscal year, plus quarterly bonuses based on HCC codes, patient satisfaction scores, meaningful use data compliance, outcome data statistics (DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia, immunization rates), keeping readmits down, utilization management, minimum score 90% on ICD-9 audits.
