I don't understand your question. As a nurse practitioner, your NPI number is your own numeric identifier used to file claims for billable services you performed in the process of providing care to your patients. Entities, such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, nursing facilities, home care agencies also have assigned NPI numbers as an organization. This is not the same NPI number assigned to individual providers.
