Welp. There will be a new President soon...He has promised to "repeal and replace" Obamacare. The real question is (as someone who will be out of school and in practice soon) what will happen with... Read More

Considering that many of the democratic leaders are fond and open of Islam, your probably safer with Trumps group.

Ever read much of the Koran? I have. I know where your fear should lie, and its not with us apathetic white boys just here to make a living.

Oh ok....you couldn't defend your words so why not redirect it on the old faithful....good ol' Islam. Gotta blame someone for your lack of white boy privilege, eh? When all the blacks, gay and muslims have been gotten rid of, who will you blame then?

Good luck with Trump. There'll be no wall, no jobs, and no more money, and we'll all in the 3rd world war with the economy in the toilet. See you in 4 years with my big rainbow flag.

So Gents, definitely veering off a bit but curious to know since you aren't in favor of this type of surgery being covered what about other expensive items that are presently covered and yet in some's opinion aren't a necessity such as fertility treatments? or VIAGRA????? Now we're talking, lol. How do we even attempt to sort through these ethical questions as to what is a necessity to someone else?
Who cares? Erection pills are too expensive to be on formulary.

lol what words? its my house I can do what I want and once my kids if i ever have any are 18 they can too. I don't care what you all do. it doesn't offend or bother me. Your emotions are writing your posts. Cool off and come back in a few weeks once your thinking reasonably. Maybe you just don't like white men. Hey, thats fine, doesn't bother me either. Im not gonna go in the streets calling your sexist or whatever, I got better things to do. Maybe some of your problems in the past are due to lack of a cool temperament? There is a correlation, somewhere around like 28% of people's success in life in regards to social encounters that depends on people's emotional intelligence. I do feel as you may need some work in this area, and again, this could be where your problems are located.

If we start pulling at strings here (LOL) and deciding what we should be paying for and it impacts us. I have to share the cost for people having children and sending those rugrats to school. I do not have kids and never do I want them but still am taxed and assessed for the little snotgobbers. So, those of you who bemoan the transgender folks remember many of the benefits you enjoy are by those who are paying for some of your lifestyle, whether they approve or not. Plus, I thought religion taught is to judge not lest ye be judged.

I use to care for prisoners and I made it a point not to want to know what they were being incarcerated for as I did not want to let that shade of judgement creep into my head. Bottom line it was NOT my place and not my call. So, I made every effort to treat them like actual people. It was not always easy and sometimes I did know their offense and sometimes I did judge, but I fought against it and I am only human and full of faults.
No one is judging here. We're talking about problems we with not to have impacting our lives. If you're wanting to talk biblically, which I'm down with, many of the things we're finding fault with on a policy level would be at fault biblically. As I've already said, loving thy neighbor isn't rolling over in acceptance of everything you object to.

This isn't the place to attack someone's beliefs, whether you agree with them or not. The OP asked a legitimate question on whether the new administration would have an impact on the NP profession. Can we stick with that, please?

If you want to discuss the politics please go to the Breakroom. There are lots of people there who would be delighted to engage with you.

I see homophobia coming from a so-called professional. Right there in black and white. I'm going to call it out for what it is. You don't get to say I should be locked up or fined and just walk away. What next? Lynching?

Oh yes...the christian hypocrisy. Pretend you "love thy neighbor" but hate them silently and pity them because they're not "holy" like you. Give me a break. I don't believe in your bible but I do believe in my right to exist in equality without people like you saying I should be locked up. The last time that happened they made us wear pink triangles too. Never again.

So because you like to kick people in the face, and then pretend like it's no big deal, then all of a sudden it's because I "don't like white men". Well, I don't like racist, homophobic, sexist ones, that's for sure. But go ahead and throw the words out there and then not own them and laugh as you slink away from the controversy. Oh wait...that sounds just like Trump!
