I would also suggest that you figure out why you are not passing.

There are a few possibilities
1. you don't know the material (so you deserve not to pass)
2. you have severe test anxiety (which can get worse the more times you fail)
3. you have an undiagnosed disability

If the case is that you don't know the material then a review course could be helpful, however, if you suspect another reason then you really are going to have to do more to figure it out.
