Hi!

I'm thinking about applying to Frontier's FNP program and was wondering about clinicals. Are you completely on your own to find clinical placements or do they help somewhat? for students in the FNP program there, is it hard to find clinical placements?

Thanks!

I was just coming on here to post the same question! Great minds...:)

when are you guys thinking of applying? where do you live? I've been a nurse for almost 5 years working mostly in med/surg, tele, and some ambulatory surgery in NY and TX.

Not for awhile, unfortunately. Still need to get my full year of experience! I WISH I could apply NOW! :) I am just trying to get my ducks in a row and come up with some sort of plan for the next few years. I've researched SO many schools, and Frontier always ends up on my short list. The clinical thing is the only issue that worries me--it was be awful not to be able to set it up when you are that far into the program!

Oh, and I'm in Wisconsin (Milwaukee).
