I have a stack of resume's and I was wondering if any nurse managers out there have tips for how to tell when someone is just padding the resume, or how to sort out bull sh*t from the legit experience?
OR if anyone wants to share their best Resume stories!

Our facility has a position statement r/t GPA for new graduates. So applicants can pad as much as they want, without the GPA not even an interview. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Do an initial telephone interview/screening and see if you can read the applicant. Otherwise........depending on your availability let HR do the screening.
