Can I be a nurse manager with just a BSN?

Or do I need additional degrees?

Research the position and list the skills/talents YOU rank as

necessary for the job.

In management , the degree opens the door. Only your competency will keep you in.

Priorities on the CEO's list are:

You can.

The better question is: Why the HE** would you want to?

Who would want the headaches?

Well, I guess someone has to do it. Just don't become one of those managers that is all about cutting costs and making the troops (us!) miserable. :(

Seriously, though, MJB, good luck in your endeavors! :kiss
