I don't have anger issues. My issue is people should consider this as a job, go in and do your job instead of trying to calculate how many patients you get and how many other nurses don't get. Get over it. If you don't get any patient this time, you will get more than other next time. It is always unfair in the working world. These people who complain a lot and complain about everything have to grow up. Also, stop talking at your work all the time. Your job is to take care of the patients and not chatting 24/7 or on your laptop playing with your stupid games!
There's that saying, "
Pick your battles," I'm gonna pass this one up. Sounds like you could really use a vacation. I don't know your current situation anymore than you know mine. I do sense a ton of resentment and anger in your posts (both) on this thread, but I have always heard if you think EVERYONE has a problem but yourself, you could really some mirror time.
P.S. I know my Job, and I am pretty capable at it (*"your"), and you might not want to group ALL nurses into your steriotypes. Generalizations are ALWAYS wrong. Most nurses I know are "grown up." If your that good at classifying me (who you have no clue who I am or my work ethics), you probably are similar in your judgments of your colleagues. I'm not attempting to call you out, but your poor judgment of ALL nurses is wrong. You could just be in a poor work environment with poor management. The nurses I work with in 3 different places ROCK!

!! Maybe a change in scenery is in order. Hope your work conditions improve before you blow your top.
