Interview at Meritcare in Fargo

I just filled out an application at Meritcare and got a call back the next day. I am in Missouri right now but I plan on moving as soon as I get out of nursing school. I have a telephone interview on the neuro/ortho floor on Monday, and I was wondering what kind of questions to expect. Do they just ask the normal questions about stess, school, why you want to work here, or do they ask situation types of questions. Any advice would be helpful.
