    I am applying for schools. I have taken the PSB and passed successfully. I am applying to go to WAtts School of Nursing or North Carolina Central University. I really want to overall go to UNC-Chapel Hill, which is my dream, but I know that they are very competitive and I have 3-4 classes to take as pre-requisites. Has anyone heard of how good North Carolina Central University is? I am really wanting to do an ASBN program, but I know it may take a semester for me to complete the prereqs. Any ideas? Also, is financial aid covered for a 2nd Bachelor's Degree?

    the only question I can answer is that the only financial aid that you are eligible for as a 2nd degree student are Stafford loans. there is also a cap on how much loan money can be subsidized. You are no longer eligible for pell grants.
