LPN base pay scale for fayetteville-ish area

Hey everyone,

I have just moved to Fayetteville from Dallas, TX and have just had an interview for an awesome job! The problem is I don't know what the pay scale is for an LPN in this area, and they of course asked what I'm looking for in salary. The position is for a private practice vascular surgeon, he is just now going into private practice . I have about a year of experience, so I'm still a little green especially in this field. I'm not expecting to make a fortune, but I would like to make a fair wage. Any suggestions you guys have would be awesome.
