    Hi All,My husband is getting transferred to Charlotte and I am wondering what I am looking at pay wise. I have one year exp and work on a chemo floor. I work third now and would like to stay on that shift. Looking for base, shift diff and weekend diff. Any ballpark would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your responses!
