Office/Clinic positions in Raleigh/Durham area

I'm considering transitioning from a busy hospital floor night shift position to a more sane, regular schedule of a clinic or office RN job. Anyone have experience with pay in this area? Can anyone recommend good places to work? If I decide against this path, I'm thinking of switching to Western WakeMed or Rex. Can anyone give me any info about what it's like working in those facilities. I'm either going to stick with peds, or switch to L&D or NICU or Newborn Nursery. Those are all interests of mine.
