    Hi everyone. I am wondering, what is the starting pay for a new RN with 10yrs LPN experience in NC? Preferably Charlotte area(Carolinas Medical Center) but interested to hear about other cities.. I have pediatric,geriatric and ob/gyn experience.Do employers even count the LPN experience if you are applying for a RN position?
