moving to nc currituck areas,need help for good hospital

Hello, i am moving from louisiana to north carolina to be closer to family. I am a rn for 30 years with icu experiance. I am looking for a med size hospital of 250 beds that has the old fashioned standards,that supports staff, and high standards.my family is in currituck,so i need something around area virgina is also but a drive of 30 minutes is ok.virgina is also ok.i want the nurses view of hospitals...please advise ....
