    I just passed the NCLEX a few days ago. I know that Moses Cone offers a Perioperative residency program. My plan is to work in a nursing home for a year or so and then apply to the residency program. I wanted to know has anyone participated in this program. If so, what's the environment like? What's the pay like? Is it intense?
