Jun 8, '12 by nctamelanurseI think 14.00 to 15.00 at hospitals plus shift diffs and slightly more in ltc.....that's even if the hospitals are hiring lpns and you have to be licensed to practice in nc. -
Jun 10, '12 by ejm123I'm about three hours from there and here lpns aren't in the hospital...mostly LTC/home health/dr offices. I've heard pay from 14-23. With 23 being a desk job with a pharmaceutical company.
