Jobs available in the Triad for an experienced nurse?

Anyone working in the Triad area that has job openings? I've been a nurse for 20+ years, with a variety of experiences. I did the usual 5 years of hospital nursing as a new grad and gained lots of experience, then branched out into some management positions and most currently 10+ years in home health. I have a very diverse set of nursing skills, from wound care, to disesase managemet, IV infusions, medication management, and of course I'm very familiar with different payor sources and documentation. I'm thinking it might be time to "move on" from my current position, and maybe even try something new. Because of my most recent home health position (for so long) I am concerned about if I'd be able to work a night shift. I really like hands on patient care and teaching as opposed to management positions. I'd much rather work with "whiny sick patients" than "whiny staff". Any thoughts about what kind of nursing I could branch into? Or any open positions in the area that you are aware of? I was thinking I'd like to be a school nurse, but I don't even know how to go about branching into that line of work.
