Charlotte Presbyterian Hospital- no work on application??

I am a new grad from Florida with my NC license. I have been applying to countless jobs in the Charlotte area. I have applied to CMC and Novent. I have had no luck with CMC and have not heard anything from Novent. When I log in to Novent my application status says applied. I know with CMC that the status will change and say application reviewed not hired. Does anyone know the process for Presbyterian? I called and they said it could take several weeks. I applied to a job 2/23 and 3/24. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!!!
