I just had a phone interview with CMC today and I was hoping some of you guys might be able to give me your opinion on how they treat their employess, how the employees treat each other, and I was also hoping some of you might be able to give me an idea of what starting pay is out there for a new grad?

I've worked for CMC for the past 8 years as a Unit Secretary in the Peds Division and the past 6 months as a new grad RN in Peds ICU. As a secretary, I floated to the NICU to work. I'll begin floating to the NICU to work as an RN fairly soon.

Did you ever find anymore info about CMC? I've had clinicals there, but just in peds and rehab, so I don't know much about the work environment. I just had a phone interview today and will have in-person interviews with the units I'm interested in soon. I am going to try and shadow someone before agreeing to work there. It seems like it would be a great place to learn, but I want to know if they have time to show you the ropes. Any info anyone has would be great.
