    I just wanted to know if it is wise to follow up or check on when the facility will actually start hiring. With online applications it usually gives you the status. I'm wondering if its okay to still call or does that actually hurt my chances since they are already keeping the applicants informed?

    Well I received the answer to my question yesterday. One of the hospitals I applied to called me. I have been selected for an interview. I am so happy, nervous and scared. They liked what they saw on paper so I hope they'll like me in person. I feel like this is finally it and my chance.
