Raleigh Nc Question?

use to work as an correctional officer at NCCIW and now pursing registered nursing. I just want to get the jump on the prisons in raleigh nc. How is the work environment? Are there enough senior nurses on staff to help new grad nurses entering the prisons? What ever info you can tell me would be greatful.
