Yeah, I know!! I'm freakin out because how the heck will i be able to afford nearly $15,000 after two years! I took all the pre reqs except for Nutrition. I think I'll be heading to financial aid to apply. Also, I do get some reinbursement from my job. That's why I"m waiting to hear from CPCC. Much cheaper and it's the same degree. Hey, what's your name? Maybe, we'll see each other in orientation(if I do choose Queens).

My name is Aileen, you? I am also waiting to hear from CPCC, but I think I would choose Queens in the long run anyway. I would be interested in doing the RN-MSN program later and I would be able to use all my credits if I go to Queens, not true for any other school. You know Presbyterian has a scholarship program where if you sign a 2 year work contract with them they give you $5,000 per year.

I'm Gabriela..LOL..I just realized you're the same chica from facebook..What a coincidence!
I just went to Queen's financial aid office-it's too early to apply for FASFA-do it within early November.
Im going to accept Queens but if I hear something from CP- I'll gear in that direction and forfeit my admission.
Honestly, I would rather save five grand and use it for a BSN later on. Plus, I'm looking into moving out of NC, once the two years are over. We'll wait and see! I'm still Excited though!!! Congrats to ya!!

I just got in for Jan 10' as well! Aileen, where did you hear about the scholarship stuff? I would definitely work for them for two years for that type of deal. I've taken alot of the non nursing classes but not all of them. It appears (from what I've seen on the website) that I only have to take one class this spring. Has anyone else looked at that mock up schedule online?

one of my big questions is how/when will we know if all of our stuff transfers? i'm taking two classes this fall (in addition to other classes taken previously) and i'm just counting that they'll all be accepted.
