Cape Fear Valley hospital in Fayetteville-HELP please

Well hello everyone,

I am a new grad, with my lic and i am relocating to fayetteville and i am hoping i get a job at Cape fear valley hospital. I would love to hear from those who have been in thier program or have been a preceptor for the new grad nurse residency program they have. My interest are in med-surg and ED. Any help would be greatfull. I am relocating from NY and i really would like to get a feel for the salary as well.

BASCIALLY I need to know everything..lol
