I just wanted to thank all of you for all that you do. It takes a special person to be a nurse...let alone a NICU nurse. In 1986 my twin brother and I were born. I was 1 lb. 12 oz and my brother was 2 lbs. 1 oz. we were given a 50% chance of survival. We escaped with minor problems. I am legally blind in my right eye and my brother has mild CP. I feel that if it weren't for the Drs and Nurses at the Hospital in Stratford, NJ, Albert Einstein, and CHOP I would not be alive. Thank you for doing what you do everyday. I have been inspired to become a nurse. Someday I want to give babies the chance at life that I was given. I am on the waiting list to get into nursing school
and I have finished my pre-reqs. I know the job can be hard at times and it can also be rewarding. Sometimes our efforts go un-noticed and I wanted to bring them to your attention. I could never thank-you enough!
