    I will soon be starting my first NICU position and am wondering what referrences and books are best to purchase and read to prepare for my orientation and practice as well as to have handy in the future. I am transferring from ER to NICU.

    Any advise or encouragement appreciated....thanks~

    Good luck with your orientation and just remember that neonates are a totally different critter from adults and even children.
