OR nurse to NICU nurse.. advice?

Hey there! I'm relatively new to this site but LOVE reading all of the posts, so I decided to join in. Anyway, I am a recent graduate (RN) and have been working in the OR for a while and have realized it is just not for me. I have always loved the NICU and applied to a few different places who want to interview me for the job! I am very excited but a little nervous- does anyone have any advice for a nurse transitioning from OR to NICU? Thank you!
